Refresh your knowledge and renew your confidence to support others.
Common Exchange is collaborating with TakeCharge to deliver a Mental Health First Aid Refresher session for people who have previously completed the relevant Mental Health First Aid training.
This focused session provides an opportunity to revisit key knowledge, strengthen practical skills and reconnect with approaches for responding when someone may be experiencing a mental health challenge.
